Shipping Methods
We normally ship with Canada and US Post or UPS ground for the Order with Weight Over 10 LBS.
If you happen to live in the Loa Angeles area, you can pick your order up in person from our warehouse if get appointment.
Shipping Transit Times
Canada Post Expedited Parcels will usually take 2 to 5 days on the West Coast and 6 to 8 days on the East Coast.
UPS ground offers similar shipping times.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE CALCULATED FROM THE TIME IT LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ADD THE 4 – 5 BUSINESS DAY PRODUCTION TIME TO THE SHIPPING TIME TO GET A MORE ACCURATE ARRIVAL TIME AT YOUR DOOR.

Custom & out of stock items will take longer. FastTrack orders and faster shipping methods will lessen this time.
Shipping Costs
All orders over $800 qualify for FREE GROUND UPS SHIPPING.
In Canada’s 10 provinces and subsidies of up to 50% of the shipping costs apply for customers in the NWT, Yukon, Nunavut and selected expended areas.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Canada Post Expedited Mail. All other services other than ground shipping will be charged at the usual shipping rates.
Orders under the $800 minimum will also still pay the standard carrier shipping charges. Rush orders do not qualify for Free Shipping. Orders must meet our standard turnaround and order practices.
DuroLuxxshop Return Policy:
If products are customized specifications or Private Labels, There are no returns.
Returns are offered on incorrect or defective product only.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. (see important instructions below)
BallastWise does not offer refunds if not get return products and double check out the situation and evaluation.
For authorized returns, credits can be toward future purchases will be issued for returned products within 15 business days of receiving complete return information.
Credits will be maintained on your account for 12 months.
Customers returning product are responsible to ensure sufficient packaging so that the product does not arrive damaged.
Important News About Oversize Shipments AND Shipping Specials
For WholeSale or Bulk Orders, Due to carrier surcharges, increased rates and reduced service, BallastWise.com will no longer include Free Shipping for orders that are Over Size and no longer fit into the carrier’s requirements. In Addition we are adding a small surcharge for shipments of glass to compensate for the additional handling and packaging required.
This means that shipments of oversize Lighting and even some boxes of full size may no longer be able to ship free – regardless of meeting the required dollar value.If you are ordering oversize Fixture, please contact us to get a quote on the cost of shipping those materials to you.Shipping costs are calculated by both dimensional weight and distance. To view shipping costs you may contact with us for a quote or place items into your shopping cart and proceed through the first part (registration) of the check-out.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW IF YOU RECEIVE INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.
Once received, please carefully inspect your order. Notification of defective or incorrect merchandise must be made within 5 days of receiving your product and a request for an RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization – must be requested within that time. Returns of defective or incorrect product will be replaced within 30 days.
When contacting us about damaged product via email, please try to include 1-3 digital photos showing the damage.
Return and Refund:
Overall
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as the non-returnable items listed bellow
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, will charge 25% Re-stocking Fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. On Sale or Promotion items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Service@BallastWise.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
